Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping methods through Canada Post: expedited, priority, and regular parcel shipping. Shipping rates are calculated by Shopify Canada Post. Estimated shipping timelines are based on the customer's location and calculated by distance. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.

Customers can track their orders using the tracking number or link provided by Canada Post. Shopify will display delivery status updates and send email notifications when the parcel changes state (e.g., in transit, out for delivery, delivery attempted).

For international shipping to the US, we follow the rates and charges outlined by Canada Post. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs and duties fees, which are not included in the shipping rates.
