Exchange and Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Lotus Meditation chairs & tables are eligible for exchange, with the cost of shipping covered by the customer.
  • Tea’s and perishables are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • All other miscellaneous items are eligible for exchange, with the cost of shipping covered by the customer.

Timeframe:

  • Customers have up to 30 days to request an exchange for eligible products.

Condition of the Product:

  • The product must be in an unused condition and must have all of its original packaging.

Exchange Process:

  • Customers who wish to exchange an item can initiate the process by contacting Centrepeace Wellness at info@centrepeacewellness.com.

Shipping and Handling:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available if the product arrives damaged.
  • For tea and miscellaneous items, if a refund is not required by the customer, Centrepeace Wellness will send a replacement.
  • For Lotus Meditation chairs & tables, refunds are eligible if the product arrives damaged. Customers can initiate a refund by sending photos of the damage to info@centrepeacewellness.com.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized or custom products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Tea’s and perishables are final sale items and are not eligible for refund or exchange, but customers may still receive a complimentary replacement.
